Help - Advanced Results

the advanced results allows staff/ tutor users to:

• view individual user's 'my results'
• view class/ cohort completion of particular tests

 

View individual user's results

To view an individual user's result set:

• on the main SCRIPT page, click the advanced results options link under the Results heading

• type the username for the individual - this will usually be the students registration/ matriculation number or may be their email address, depending on your particular institution's settings.
• click the view button

the page will update to show you the user's 'my results' page. This functions in exactly the same was as your own my results page.

 

View class/ cohort completion of a test

To view the class/ cohort list and progress in a particular test:

• on the main SCRIPT page, click the advanced results options link under the Results heading

• select the test you wish to see the progress for
• select the year/ cohort you wish to see the progress for
• click the view button

the screen will update to show you a list of all the students matching the class/ cohort you have selected, with an indication of their progress (if any) with the particular test you selected. If your institution provided the SCRIPT team with the names of your users, these will be displayed in the User column, otherwise only usernames will be shown.

The status column will show the date/ time the test was attempted. If all Rx in a test were marked, then completed wil be shown. If a test was abandoned part way through then it will be listed as in progress . If a student in your selected cohort has never attempted the test, then the status column will display the not attempted message.

Clicking on a username will take you to the my results page for that user.
