There was a minor issue withe recent addition of the year 2 students from Kingston  being imported all in uppercase, as this can cause issues with the login process.  All these accounts have now been converted to use lowercase so usernames will be of the form:
k12345678@kingston.ac.uk
not
K123455678@KINGSTON.AC.UK

The issued passwords have not been impacted by this, but you should change these anyone after your first login.
